  What a fantastic place to stay on mount buller. We have booked through mount buller apartment rentals the last few years and stayed in their chalet building.
  I can not fault their customer service or communication, Tim and Bethany go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a fantastic time.
  We had a fantastic weekend skiing, the access directly onto bourke street is one of the best features.
  
  Can’t wait to stay again in 2024.

  We had booked 2 x apartments to attend the Australian Interschools in Mt Buller that were then cancelled one week out. Despite their 30 day cancellation policy, Mt Buller Apartment Rentals have provided all families who were booked for the event with a full refund. 5-stars to Mt Buller Apartment Rentals as a stand-up business who look after their customers. We will absolutely spread the word of their generosity and book with them whenever we return to Mt Buller in the future. Bravo Mt Buller Apartment Rentals!

  We (Family of 4) stayed at the Chalet Apartments for the June school holidays and majority of weekends over the 2023 snow season. From our first enquiry, Bethany and Tim were very professional and accommodating. They managed to have us in the same apartment each week and even arranged for storage so we didn't have to drag things up and down the mountain each week.
  The location of the apartments is a very big bonus, so close to everything you need. I look forward to returning again next year.

  This place is an absolute disgrace!
  Do not stay here! Bethany and Tim are D Grade operators.
  We made a booking for this weekend with our beautiful daughters. A long and complicated story but Mt Buller Apartments have fraudulently charged our visa for the booking and won’t allow us to stay or offer a refund.
  
  We have registered their misconduct with Victorian Consumer Affairs, which seems to be a frequent occurrence for this hotel.
  Stay at Breathtaker; it’s divine and the service is amazing!
  Off to France for 2024 Ski season, too hard to spend money on our own soil.
  Just traveled throughout The Greek Islands and Amalfi coast; not one issue!

  Had a great stay, the location is great, easy access to the main area of Mt Buller. The apartment was comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked. Parking is right outside the building. Will book again.
